Each Spring, we trek across the high plateaus and grasslands of Inner Mongolia to meet the nomadic goatherds where produce the finest cashmere in the world since to face the freezing cold sometimes reaching minus forty degrees in winter, the goats have developed, under a long and thick hair a precious fluff that protects them from cold temperatures, wind and rain. This natural protection moults naturally when Springs comes along with the onset of sunny days. Following seasons, the shepherds carefully pick the fibers following conventional methods and brushing techniques, and these fibers will then become the raw material for BST Cashmere.
